Shipping Coverage

 At Morvenx, we currently offer shipping services only to the United States. Our goal is to make our products accessible to a broader audience, ensuring all customers can enjoy them.

Order Processing Time

Our commitment is to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that during major holidays, processing times may be extended accordingly.

    Shipping Charges

    We have many cooperative express companies, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

    • Standard Shipping: Free shipping. 
    • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS (based on your preference) containing the tracking number. You can track your order by:

    1. Logging into your Morvenx account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
    2. Contacting Morvenx support at info@morvenx.com.

    Return Policy

    Inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any damages, do not sign for or open the package. Contact Morvenx Customer Service immediately in such cases. Once the package is signed for, it will be considered as an acknowledgment of the product’s condition. We highly recommend recording a comprehensive unboxing video and checking items against the packing list. If you discover any damages or missing items, please contact Morvenx Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

    Exception Handling

    Morvenx is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to:

    • Actions of the recipient, including but not limited to changing the address after dispatch, providing incorrect or unknown addresses, refusal to accept delivery, etc.
    • Customs clearance delays, with the responsibility resting on the customer in such cases.
    • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, war, transportation system regulations or disruptions, etc.
    • Deliveries not being made on weekends, national holidays, or during holiday periods.

    Tax Rates and Charges

    Morvenx currently ships only within the United States.

    We do not charge any sales tax on U.S. orders at this time.
    The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay — no hidden taxes or extra fees.

    Because we do not ship internationally, VAT, GST, customs duties, and import taxes do not apply.
