    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via email (or SMS, based on your preference) containing your tracking number. You can track your order by:

    Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

    Package Inspection & Exception Handling

    Inspection Upon Arrival: We highly recommend inspecting your package and recording a comprehensive unboxing video upon receipt. If you discover any transit damage, missing items, or defects, please contact Morvenx Customer Service at info@morvenx.com within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or claim.
    Exceptions: Morvenx is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to:
    Actions of the recipient (e.g., providing incorrect/incomplete addresses, refusal to accept delivery, or unreachability).
    Force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or transportation network disruptions.

    Tax Rates and Charges
