Returns and Refunds Policy
Welcome to Morvenx. We aim to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation
Unshipped Orders: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a 100% full refund without any penalty.
Shipped Orders: Once the order has been dispatched and is in transit, it can no longer be canceled outright. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard 30-day return process.
2. 30-Day Return Window & Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
(Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the request is submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date).
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
For Quality-Related Issues (Defective/Damaged): If your product arrives damaged or defective, Morvenx takes full responsibility. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs and applicable customs duties.
For Non-Quality Issues (Buyer's Remorse): If you wish to return or exchange an item due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for:
Organizing and paying for the international return shipping back to our facility in China.
Any applicable outbound customs duties or related fees charged by your chosen courier.
A 15% Restocking & Service Fee (calculated from the original order amount), which will be deducted from your final refund to cover initial processing and handling.
4. Return Address
All authorized returns must be sent to our official processing facility:

(Please contact us via email to obtain authorization before returning any packages. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted).
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee, if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that actual timing may vary based on your bank or credit card provider's processing time.
